Each piece is made with love and care! Our ceramics are handcrafted from stoneware clay, fired multiple times, and glazed for a unique, one-of-a-kind look. For our 3D prints, we use eco-friendly, biodegradable materials and all waste is recycled to ensure we’re kind to the planet. Everything is finished by hand for that extra touch, which means each item has its own little quirks—making it even more special!

Food Safe: Yes! Our ceramics are safe to use for food and drinks.

Dishwasher Safe: Yep, you can use the dishwasher, but we recommend handwashing to keep them looking their best for longer.

Microwave Safe: You bet! Just avoid drastic temperature changes (like popping it from the fridge straight into the microwave) to keep it in tip-top shape.

Be Gentle: Handmade pieces are a little more delicate. Treat them with care and they’ll last for years to come!

No Direct Sun: Prolonged sun exposure can cause some materials to warp, so try to keep them in a shaded spot.

Clean Gently: Just use a damp cloth or mild soap for cleaning—no harsh chemicals or scrubbing needed!

Keep Dry: They’re water-resistant, but we recommend keeping them dry and avoiding long periods of water exposure.

Right now, we’re not offering custom orders, but stay tuned! We’ll let you know if that changes in the future.

We ship all over Canada, the U.S., and select international locations! We aim to process orders within 2-5 business days, and delivery times depend on where you are:

Canada: 2-9 business days

USA: 4-10 business days

International: 10-30 business days (it depends on where you’re at)

Just a heads up, customs may take a little extra time, but we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout, so there’s no guessing. If you’re ordering from outside Canada, keep in mind that any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. These will be added separately from your shipping cost.

Because all our pieces are lovingly handmade, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Just reach out to us within 24 hours with a photo, and we’ll make sure to take care of it with a replacement or refund.

We carefully pack every piece with extra attention to ensure it arrives safely! We want your order to be protected and to minimize our environmental footprint. That’s why we use eco-friendly packaging materials like recyclable paper and biodegradable packing peanuts.
